TV Asahi Set to Become a Next-Generation Digital Media Station
TV Asahi's new headquarters houses the latest in digital media technology.
TV AsahiAs the name TV Asahi Avenue proclaims, TV Asahi has deep roots in this neighborhood. TV Asahi will have its new headquarters in Roppongi Hills. In this century, TV stations are more than transmitters of electronic waves, they are giant hubs for digital media. In line with the slogan Digital Infrastructure and Analog Communication, TV Asahi headquarters will be equipped with the highest level facilities and ready for the 2003 launch of terrestrial digital TV in Japan. Facilities include a huge 200-tubo (660 square meters) studio and ministudios equipped for BS and CS satellite broadcasting. Here you will find everything that a state of the art communication hub requires.

Atrium
TV Asahi's facilities are centered on a six-floor open atrium that faces on and forms a natural unity with a traditional Japanese garden.
