    Kyotango's <Shin Habutae Mochi>, which is said to be of the highest quality among many glutinous rice varieties, is softly cooked. The secret flavor of amazake adds the gentle aroma and sweetness of rice jiuqu, making the richness of rice stand out. We use carefully selected azuki beans, mainly from Kyoto and Hokkaido. Considering the balance of taste, the composition is changed for each Japanese sweet.

    Matcha agar and plain agar, two types of homemade agar, chewy shiratama dumplings, and anmitsu with fruit on top. It is a sweetness that you can eat until the end.

    The grainy red bean paste is homemade and cooked with Dainagon from Tanba, Kyoto. It has a clear taste without using salt. We carefully select the amount of water and the production area for the agar so that the scraps can be cut well.
