Especially, Inaniyu Udon which the chef chief satisfied the course of authentic Japanese with trial and error repeatedly, and Inage garden udon which balanced the moderate chewiness and the swirling throat is outstanding. Space where seasonal taste can be tasted by orthodox Japanese craft skills can be used in a wide range of situations from everyday use to entertainment.
