Once you step into the store, you will be thrilled with the theater-like red and black interior of modern French cuisine. In the center of the store is a fully open kitchen and long counter designed by Mr. Robuchon himself, inspired by Japanese sushi counters. Under the theme of "convivialité", chefs and guests will enjoy conversations and deepen communication while offering a course full of originality. Table seats are a popular space for team lunches and meetings. Restaurants and you can choose from a wide range of souvenirs.
Table seats can accommodate up to 2 to 14 people depending on the arrangement. Since the height of the table is the same as the counter seats, you can directly feel the atmosphere inside the counter. Reservations will be accepted from the day two months in advance.
A counter where you can casually enjoy while having a conversation with the chef and service staff. It is a dramatic space with all 40 seats. The chair is a crimson high stool, and you can feel the exhilaration of being invited to the theater just by sitting down.
コースはすべてプリフィクス。前菜・メイン・デザートともに複数の中からお好きなメニューをお選びいただけます。更に、小皿のアラカルトも充実。旬の食材を使いロブションの世界観を踏襲した日本オリジナルのメニューも見逃せません。スペシャリテの「キャビアとオマール海老のジュレをなめらかなカリフラワーのクレームで 」や「手長海老のパピヨット バジルの香りで」はアラカルトメニューの中でも人気。バターをたっぷりと使ったリッチな味わいのジョエル・ロブションの代表料理「じゃがいものピュレ」も必食です。
