The dinner course for dinner has a dedicated griller. The meat is grilled on the grill of the table while relaxing the place, so as the meal progresses, a sense of unity is created and the sense of distance from the other party is shortened. A selection of Kobe beef and Omi beef that has been fattened for over 40 months, which is said to be sold only a few times a month nationwide. You can fully feel the superb sweet aroma that only beef that has been carefully grown over a longer period of time than usual has.
The corner seats allow you to feel the excitement of the store and maintain a sense of privacy. There is one grill on the table. Roasters with relatively little smoke are used, so you can wear clothes on your way home from the office.
Counter seats are also available for small groups. The board has the identification number of the meat that arrived on that day, so it's fun to check it. We also offer proposals for alcohol pairing tailored to each part of the meat.
Inside the store, you can feel the love for meat everywhere. The store name "Nikugato" was also born from "meat + thank you". In addition to comparing long-term fattening beef parts by part, the dinner course includes gorgeous ingredients such as "blissful sea urchin caviar" and "ultimate truffle risotto made from shabu-shabu soup stock." Vegetables such as the world's best mushrooms and special salads are also incorporated in between. You can enjoy the depth of lean meat, not just healthy.
