都会の真ん中にひっそりと構える隠れ家で腕を振るうのは、ミシュラン星獲得店舗にて日本料理を探求し続けてきた料理長の五十嵐庄大朗氏。店内のインテリアはオヤマツデザインスタジオの親松実氏によるもの。黒を基調にしたミニマムなデザインは目の前の料理に集中するのに最適。会食向けの個室はメインダイニングから廊下を挟んでいるので、会話が漏れることもなく安心です。ディナーメニューは茶懐石の流れを汲む全10品程度のおまかせコースのみ。旬の食材をふんだんにつかった季節の味を満喫できます。
A completely private room with an impressive contrast between the white chair cover and the black plaster walls. The menu is the same as the floor, only the entrusted course. Hours for the course is about Hours 30 minutes to 3 Hours Hours while enjoying the space.
There is also a counter seat for a dinner for two. A chic interior with low illumination that sets it apart from ordinary Japanese Cuisine restaurants. There is no BGM in the store, and it is a space where the voices of guests and the shouts of staff echo comfortably.
Table seats are along the walls of the main floor. There is a workbench for making tea between the counter seats. The number of seats can be adjusted by arranging the tables. Please contact the store for reservations such as charter seats only.
Roppongi Hills a hideaway atmosphere, the entrance is a wooden door in the center of the plastered wall that draws a curved line at the top. The space that follows this door is a particular space. The dishes are course meals that follow the flow of tea kaiseki, starting with Hassun, sashimi, a bowl with a rich soup stock, and finally rice cooked in a clay pot that is self-polished every day. The first bite is served at the timing when you can enjoy the rich aroma just before it is cooked. We would like you to try the organically prepared teas. You can enjoy the difference between sencha and fermented tea such as oolong tea and domestic black tea.
