当選の連絡を受け取った後、決済期限までにお支払い手続きを完了してない場合はどうなりますか。
決済期限までにお支払い手続きが完了してない当選者の方は、自動的にキャンセルとなりますのでご注意ください。参加をご希望の方は、必ず決済期限までにお支払いの手続きをお願いします。
当選者が決済完了した後に自身の都合でキャンセルする場合、参加費は返金してもらえるのでしょうか。
