The private room at the back of the store is equipped with a grill exclusively for guests, and a dedicated chef dynamically grills the meat. Up to 12 people can be seated at the table in the private room.

The beef used for Churrasco is "Black Angus beef" with a good balance of lean and fat. It is juicy and tender because it is grown on grains after being fattened on pasture.
