At Toyama's own factory, which is blessed with abundant nature, we continue to make "Okaki" from the rare special product "New Taisho glutinous rice." The rice crackers baked with carefully selected ingredients and the craftsman's reliable technology can fully enjoy the richness and rich aroma of rice.

A long-established chestnut confectionery store in Obuse Town, Nagano Prefecture, which has gained a lot of support for its sweets that use plenty of “Kuri-an”, which is made with only high quality Obuse chestnuts and sugar. You can enjoy the rich flavor and refined sweetness of chestnut itself, and there is a wide selection of items from traditional Kurikanoko and chestnut yokan to Western confectionery Mont Blanc.

Our specially made home-made bean paste uses Odawara's groundwater, which brings out the best in the ingredients, and cooks red beans from Tokachi, Hokkaido. There are many popular products such as Dorayaki "Odawara Usagi", which has a high-quality sweetness of bean jam and a flavor of butter.
